Has My Order Shipped?
- Most orders are individually crafted and packed by a single person. All shirts are manufactured on-site and may take up to 10 business days to be shipped under normal business operations. Tracking emails will be sent for all orders once they are dispatched.
When Do Pre-Orders Ship?
- Pre-order bundles for album releases typically ship seven days before the album release date, unless otherwise specified. Individual pre-orders for items such as hoodies, masks, charms, and jerseys usually continue until a predetermined sales threshold is reached.
What if My Size is Sold Out?
- All orders are custom-made. If you notice that your size is seemingly sold out, please contact us to ensure it is relisted promptly.
